This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all subscription-based services and third-party products available on https://www.corehealthsolution.com/, operated by Core Business Development LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
1. Subscription Payments & Renewals
- All subscription fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable once processed.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- By purchasing a subscription, you agree that payments are final and that refunds are only issued under specific circumstances (see Section 3).
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing Nequals1@corehealthsolution.com.
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
3. Refund Policy
We generally do not provide refunds. However, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Charges – If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription.
- Service Inaccessibility – If a technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing our services and we were unable to resolve it.
- Unauthorized Charges – If you report an unauthorized transaction within 7 days of the charge.
Refund requests must be sent to Nequals1@corehealthsolution.com with proof of the issue. Approval is at our sole discretion.
4. Returns & Third-Party Products
Some products offered through our Website, including the sports performance test, Tasso device, and Thorne supplements, are supplied by third-party vendors. The return and refund policies for these products are determined by their respective manufacturers and suppliers.
- Sports Performance Test & Tasso Device: These products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. If you have issues with a defective or incorrect item, you must contact the manufacturer directly for return or replacement inquiries. We do not process returns for these items.
- Thorne Supplements: Thorne’s return policy applies to all supplement purchases. If you need a return or refund, you must follow Thorne’s guidelines and contact their support team directly.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used health products, test kits, and supplements are not eligible for returns.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
